In the video, I will teach you how to connect to ONE and work energetically on your own body.
This allows you to take care of yourself and bring your body back into balance by working through the various organs or areas that need an energetic tweak.
Most imbalances are linked to emotional pain and stress. But sometime the pain may appear as if from nowhere and can be linked to previous life wounds that are trying to release themselves from your energy templates.
In those cases, this exercise will also help but it may need to be used more than once, so trust your intuition.
Human beings are electromagnetic beings consisting of templates of light and energy healing is powerful and can make a big difference. You can use this technique as little or as often as you choose but try not to use it at bedtime as it fills you with high frequency energy and you may feel too awake to go to bed. Therefore, I would recommend using it any time during the day before 7pm.
NOTE: This is a complementary technique and does not in any way replace a doctors care. So, if you feel you need a doctor, please do visit one. That being said, once you become familiar with your energy body, you can get quick results by using this technique.
Find a quiet place to do your healing where you won’t be disturbed for 30 mins. Please sit upright in a chair as you may fall asleep lying down. Place your hands on your lap and use headphones if possible as they block out the external world and allow you to relax and focus better.

- Find out What part of your body needs the healing.
- Focus on that area and get a feel for it.
- Release the energy or emotion trapped there.
- Move on to the next area and repeat above.
- Switch off the old programs and press your RESET button, then ground yourself.
