Let me empower you to understand and overcome any addiction you are dealing with in your life!
Once you are done reading this, you will find yourself with an alternative multidimensional approach to help you deal with issues that seem to require medications and expensive treatments that you may not need.
Human beings are energetic beings, they consist of electromagnetic fields and energy grids making up the whole mind, body, and spirit. By spirit, I mean the energetic system or bioenergetic field; also referred to in eastern terms as the aura, meridians, and chakra systems. We are all a part of a unified field of consciousness that collapses in and out of existence, this is quantum physics, but rest easy, this article is not about science in any way.
I’m about to share my knowledge, in a way that includes the multidimensional aspects of healing the addiction. You will discover that a multidimensional approach is critical to repair many areas of the psyche and energy field in order to achieve long lasting results. These include recovering, repairing, and returning the fractured parts of the psyche, releasing victim consciousness and the addict’s story. But even more importantly, healing the underlying trauma, which in most cases is the root cause of the addictive behaviour, as this leads to self-medicating issues.
All I ask is that you read this article with an open mind, because we need more open minds in our world. If only the current systems would expand its techniques, maybe, just maybe, we could get a grip on healing addiction, in a simpler faster way, one that educates as well as heals.
Addiction is Rife
We live in a society where addiction is rife and almost accepted as the norm these days. Many families have at least one or more people in their lineage or immediate family that has some sort of addiction. Things like TV, computer games, sugar and shopping are just accepted as okay. When the truth is, they are a distortion of the users’ rational mind and can be very harmful. The reason being, that although they seem like harmless habits compared to cocaine or alcohol addictions, they are still creating problems for the user and for future generations.
Sugar has been proven to be even more addictive than cocaine; so why does the government allow this product to be a common ingredient in nearly all fast foods, candies, and processed foods, when it is so toxic to the human body? Money of course! I’m not going down that rabbit hole, but it is obvious that sick people create huge revenue for the healthcare services. And the money keeps rolling in, the more we consume toxic foods, for those selling it and those trying to repair the damage it does. It’s important that we educate our children to eat healthy because the current systems appear do the opposite.
When we look at modern addiction treatments, it would appear that the majority are missing the point, why? Because at the root of all addiction, there is something that is a common denominator. That is, trauma, whether directly experienced through physical, emotional, mental abuse, or through developmental trauma, such as a lack of loving support when needed.
The first factor is obvious, people get beaten, raped, molested and other terrible forms of abuse that leave deep shame and psychological scars in their psyche. This can lead to a fear of life, inability to form long lasting loving relationships and a whole paraphernalia of other problems.
The latter developmental trauma occurs when a small child is being bullied for example. They go to their parent, usually the mother for support and protection; but instead, they are told to grow up or suck it up, it’s a hard world, sort it out yourself or a similar response. This leaves the child feeling unloved, frightened, and disconnected. They often become adults who do not have the ability to form loving relationships. They often make poor parents themselves and may even become self-obsessed narcissists. If only the selected parent had picked them up and given them a hug, telling them it would be alright, comforting them in their hour of need; a whole new destiny may have come to fruition.
There are many types of addiction.
There are many types of addiction. Some people lean towards alcohol or drugs, whether recreational or prescription. Others turn to sex as a way of feeling seen and wanted. Shopping allows people to continuously get a quick fix, that temporarily fills the void they feel inside, but it’s short lived. Addiction to work, TV, the internet, or gaming seem to be more socially acceptable these days, as we are encouraged to work hard and to keep swiping up on social media.
Yet there is still no real source of help out there that truly investigates the root cause of the addiction: the trauma and its associated memories. All of these are stored in our cell memory and the field of consciousness that flows through us, in and around our DNA.
Almost everyone I have spoken to has had some sort of trauma in their lives. It’s a part of life, but why are we not taught at an early age to deal with it, rather than to try and ignore or forget about it. Any trauma that has not been dealt with on an energetic level is highly likely to make the person sick at some point in their future. The organs hold on to the fear and associated emotions and collect and attract more of the same and eventually illness prevails. It’s basic energy healing knowledge. Why are we taking more prescription drugs than ever before when a simple herb or energy realignment session would help solve these issues.
Did you know that most physicians are not taught how to deal with trauma? And none of them are taught about the importance of diet and how it affects our mental health. They are trained in physiology and anatomy and must memorize a huge list of symptoms and medicines to supress said symptoms. Unfortunately, there is a massive disconnect here that needs to be addressed if we are to get to the root of healing addiction en masse.
Don’t get me wrong, doctors are amazing if you need surgery or break a leg. But go to them with a trauma issue like I did when my father died and all you get is 10 minutes (if you’re lucky) and a prescription for Prozac (anti-depressants) and sleeping tablets. That’s what I was offered, but I soon chose to look to holistic healthcare for help, and that was a life changing choice for me.
Addictions can be handled without doctors and medications!
It’s time to change the way addiction is treated, by getting down to the root cause of the problem, instead of trying to change the behaviours it has created within us. And that root cause is more often than not, yes, you guessed it, some kind of trauma. Having lost thirteen members of my immediate family, I am no stranger to the trauma that grief can cause. I was shattered time and time again. I comforted myself with shopping and watching too much Netflix. It wasn’t all garbage, quite the opposite. I would binge watch documentaries and anything that was linked to the psychology of people and their behaviours. People have always fascinated me.
In 2001, I was devastated by the loss of my father, and I just couldn’t cope with my job in architecture any longer. I was 36 years old and felt like a teenager, my inner child was suffering in silence, and I became very ill as a result.
After 15 days in hospital, I decided to try some energy healing and it was just what I needed. There was a huge void in the energetic templates in my stomach area. It looked like I had been blasted with a shotgun if you could see clairvoyantly, like my guts had been ripped out. That’s how it felt, but the doctors kept giving me anti-biotics and steroids for a stomach infection and ulcerated colitis. In truth, I was gutted, literally, if only on an energetic level. Nothing they did would help, but all I needed energy healing to restore my soul fragments and fix my meridians and energy field; and it did the trick.
That led me on the path of learning and healing that I am dedicated to today. My quest to heal myself, opened up the door to other realms of existence. I not only discovered how to heal PTSD and many other issues; I also embarked on a whole new way of looking at life and reality. This led me into a rather healthy addiction to learning and my subsequent career change has given me the joy no other path would have done.
I studied energy healing first, then Hypnotherapy and Counselling, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and I also studied with Shamans along with various other healing modalities. I formulated my own healing system called Crystal Ki Healing working with diamond energy grids. I also went to night school to study psychology, and I got a teaching qualification, as I knew I was meant to teach.
The reason I’m sharing a little of my story is this; had I been treated with the correct treatment in the first place, notably, energy healing, I would never have ended up in the hospital and on steroids for over three months. It was grief that opened me up to the negative energies that polluted my stomach and fear that caused to ulcerated colitis. All of it could have been healed much sooner had the doctors been given the correct training.
The Multidimensional Approach
My work with Shamans introduced me to astral projection, which I now teach online in my workshops, and multidimensional healing techniques. All of these skills have helped me find the soul fragments of myself and many other people, these are the critical part of the psyche required to enable a full recovery.
I always ask clients who have been through trauma this question – Do you feel like a piece of you is missing? All of them say yes, that they have not been the same since the incident, as if they have lost a part of themselves. This is the missing piece of the puzzle, often a part of the emotional body or psyche leaves the physical body during the trauma due to the shock or inability to cope with the situation. These missing pieces are called soul fragments and they must be recovered, repaired, and returned to the energetic templates that make up the human body in order to aid a full recovery.
Humans are made of layers of energy templates; we are so much more than merely a solid mass of flesh and bones. The four most commonly known, are, the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, though there are more. When we experience a trauma or shock, it’s common for the emotional body to step outside of its designated position in the overall makeup of our human form. The saying “I was beside myself’ explains this feeling very accurately, as we are literally beside ourselves on an energetic level. It’s that numb feeling we get when someone dies, or we have an accident for example.
In fact, even witnessing a traumatic event can cause us to fragment or even shatter, depending on the severity of the experience. A shattered fragment has broken into many pieces and requires expert healing to gather them and rebuild that part of the psyche energetically, as well as psychologically. This kind of damage was previously referred to as shell shock and is common in the military. But these days, it’s more widely referred to as PTSD or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. A missing soul fragment can leave the person suffering severe anxiety and if not properly treated, the symptoms can last for years or even for life. Multiple soul fragments are also very common.
These days, PTSD is very common, as life is full of ups and downs and we all suffer from traumas, losses, accidents, divorce, operations and so on, at some point in our lives. The problem is exasperated by the soul fragment void being filled with the negative energy in the vicinity of the incident. If the energy is very dark, like terror or fear, it can be extremely hard for the fragment to move back into its original position without the help of an experienced energy practitioner or Shaman.
Often the fragments tend to remain at the scene of the incident, sometimes for years even decades, if it’s not recovered, brought back into balance, and returned to the physical body. This occurs at the vibrational energetic level and is invisible to the naked eye. Only people with clairvoyant vision could see the fragments. They are left in another frequency or bandwidth, lost in space, so to speak. I realise that this may sound very odd to an academic mind, but Shamans have been healing these aspects for millennia. Recovering soul fragments is very common in indigenous cultures. It’s time that the rest of the world realize how important these fragments are to healing all kinds of problems, especially addiction.
Traumas in Military Personnel
I once worked with a US Marine who had around five soul fragments outside of his body. I was fortunate enough to be able to help him find and heal them. He went on to write a book. It was him that inspired me to make the digital audios to help heal PTSD. He also had a few concussion injuries while in the middle east and I formulated a brain repair audio as well. As the brain is greatly affected by addiction, this audio can also help repair damaged neuropathways. I published an article in 2020 on Academia.edu in regard to healing PTSD and Traumatic brain Injury.
My work with military personnel made me realize that PTSD, ADHD, trauma, and addiction are all very closely interconnected. All areas need to be addressed in order for balance to be restored to the mind, body and spirit. By spirit, I mean the energetic field of consciousness in and around the physical body. A new approach is needed to this current addiction crisis in our world; and it is a crisis! Addiction is the real pandemic, the elephant in the room.
Does making drugs illegal really help to solve the problem? – I have thought about this long and hard. My conclusion is that if we decriminalised all so-called recreational drugs, including things like mushrooms and cannabis, we would see a decrease in the use. My reason being, is that humans tend to want what is not easily available, it feels more appealing. Also, it would save billions currently being spent on the war on drugs, that could be spent on training people to use the natural plant medicines to heal people with addiction.
I recently watched a documentary on Netflix that shows a policeman in the USA being trained to use Ecstasy to heal PTSD in the police force. The series is called ‘How to change your mind’ Chapter 3. Police lieutenant Sarko Gergerian is a MAPS Therapist Trainee, using MDMA (Ecstasy) to heal PTSD in the police force with two thirds cured in the research trials. That’s a very high success rate.
Lieutenant Gergerian also stated that we need to flip the labelling of what are good drugs and what are bad drugs – meaning that pharmaceutical drugs are really the bad ones and things like MDMA, LSD and Psilocybin (Mushrooms) are the good ones that actually help to heal people. The benefits of certain man-made drugs and plant medicines are being brought to the public’s awareness more and more these days, and quite rightly so. The truth needs to be heard and other choices offered.
I’m convinced that if drugs were legalised that it would eliminate the cartels trafficking and the corruption that’s involved. It would also create a huge shift in the mass consciousness to a higher frequency and that’s always a good thing. A room full of high people just want to feel the love, whereas a room full of drunks, is filled with tension and potential aggression or violence.
Plus, the pain and suffering caused by drug trafficking and drug abuse must be addressed and a better solution found. From the documentaries I’ve watched, it’s obvious that the corruption is at the highest levels. The war on drugs has simply created more criminal activity and more addicts. So, it’s not working unless of course there was an alternative agenda in the first place; in that case, it is!
Making drugs illegal has put a hold on the valuable research that was taking place with drugs like MDMA, LSD, CBD, and psychedelics like mushrooms and ayahuasca. Plant medicines have been healing indigenous cultures for generations; proven to heal trauma and other mental health issues. We need to go backwards in order to move forwards, and I see plant medicines as being the future of healthcare in the modern world.
If we start to treat addiction at its root cause, generally, the level of trauma, we will surely make a big difference in tackling this global addiction crisis. Most of the addicts will be given their lives back and their families will also feel the benefits, as they are victims too.
Addiction Treatment
When I treat addicts, I never tell them to ‘give up’ anything, as it is a red rag to a bull. The lower ego starts to panic at the very thought of it. This problem goes much deeper than just an ego issue or weakness of will. Aside the trauma, there is a whole other area that is being completely ignored by modern medicine or rehab techniques.
The fragmentation of the human psyche is often ignored, or not even known as a contributing factor by physicians. Soul fragmentation is something I learned about when working with Shamanic techniques and much more education is needed in our healthcare services, as these fragments are crucial to recovery.
The human body is a multidimensional field of energy grids, a matrix of different frequencies of light templates. Let’s consider the first four layers of this bioenergetic field (There are many layers but I’m keeping it simple here). We have the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers and all have specific jobs to do. They all vibrate at slightly different frequencies on the colour spectrum.
Try to imagine, the shape of a human body, made of a grid of light, then imagine three more layers around it. One layer on top of another, with a small gap in between each layer. There are many others, but let’s just focus on the first four.
A healthy person’s bioenergetic field, also known as the aura in eastern terminology, is usually bright and shiny. The grids are intact, rainbow coloured, and they are in good shape. On the other hand, when someone experiences a traumatic event, the shock forces the emotional layer outwards. It’s no longer in the normal position in the field and is standing nearby them. This leaves them extremely vulnerable to lower frequency energies surrounding them. The fragment has left an unoccupied space, and the universe does not like empty spaces. Depending on how bad the trauma was, it could be fear, terror, anger and so on. The part that has stepped out is what I refer to as the soul fragment.
In some instances, the energy that goes into the empty space, can be an energy mass with its own level of consciousness, such as an entity or even a demon (Demonic energy mass) of some sort. Once something like that has entered their field, it leads to a spiral of either anxiety or self-harm. I know it sounds crazy but hear me out. This is an article explaining that the Pope made exorcisms a charitable service offered by the church, so these things do exist. Click the following to read more >> The Independent Newspaper
If the entity or demon is not removed by an expert, the host is influenced by its needs and demands, leading to all sorts of problems. This can be severe anxiety, or some sort of addiction, as the entity gets a vibrational fix from their negative behaviour. Soon, a quick fix does not satisfy, and a plethora of harmful habits can be formed, as one thing leads to another.
Doctors have their place, but they have no idea of how to deal with this sort of underlying cause for the self-destructive behaviours of addicts. These entities are able to control the persons mind and subsequent choices. So, addiction is way more complex on the energetic level than is commonly understood. All addicts, have these entities and/or demons in their systems and that’s one reason, the current success rates for healing addition are so low.
Working with People Having Addiction Issues
When I work with people with addiction issues, this knowledge is one of the first things I explain to them. Understanding that they are not solely to blame for their current predicament is part of the healing process. This can immediately improve self-esteem and help release the deep shame and guilt many are burdened with. I explain that these entities must be removed in order for them to stand a chance of recovery. This is a simple extraction technique I use and in no way resembles the sort of exorcisms portrayed in movies. Actually, it is very subtle, but some cases it needs to be done more than once.
When dealing with my own clients, my goal is to educate them first, as once they understand the problem, they are halfway there. My addiction retreats do exactly that, empowering people, allowing them to understand addiction on the level of consciousness and spirituality. Knowledge is power after all.
My techniques are unique, as I work on a multidimensional level, finding and retrieving the soul fragments as well as healing the trauma. I recommend meditation as a way of changing the pain/pleasure process in the brain, giving clients access to my brain repair audio as it helps to rewire their neuropathways and change behavioural patterns. I also provide access and removal of something I refer to as the addiction thread. This is an energetic neuropathway, created by the habit and is key to success rates. It needs to be removed and can be done multiple times as part of the healing process after the initial five-day retreat.
My goal is to educate as well as help clients heal their trauma and reprogram their behavioural patterns. There is a huge list of things to tackle in order to help people reset their mind, body and spirit. I am running addiction retreats high up in the mountains on Vancouver Island throughout 2023. You can find out more here: Addiction Retreat, Vancouver Island 2023
I believe that the poor long term success rate for healing addiction, is because people are not treated as the complex multidimensional beings they truly are. The programs, imprints, and interfaces within the whole field of consciousness need to be addressed. That being said, the connection to a higher power or Source is always helpful in setting intentions and asking for guidance. We all have a super conscious mind that is there to help and guide us make better life choices.
Another important function impaired by entities is impulse control, this shuts down when a person has a powerful entity or demon in their system. Earlier I mentioned the need to remove the addiction thread as this affects their decision making; again, an audio has been designed to help remove this. The audio is available for sale under the Post Traumatic Growth Section on my website.
I have mentioned the energetic body grids, but there are much larger grids that run around the outside of the human body as well. The ones inside the body are called meridians and the ones around the body are referred to as the axiatonal lines and are connected at intersection points to our chakra system or energy centres. These consist of 12 vertical lines that run through our entire body and are a network of light grids that make up the entire multidimensional personal bodies, planets, universes, and multiverses.
It’s mind blowing how huge our energetic field really is. These lines hold imprints and light codes containing information. These codes are realigned during the treatments sessions as they hold memories, and memories help to manifest our future. I don’t want to get deep into the quantum world here, but needless to say, I also take these grids into consideration when treating addiction, as they carry intergenerational trauma imprints and even smaller soul fragments.
I believe that intergenerational trauma has a huge influence when it comes to addictive behavior. As many people carry addiction potential in their DNA, or rather in the field of consciousness in and around the DNA. The so-called junk DNA, which we all now know is not junk at all, it’s all consciousness and energetic light codes.
4 Main Categories of Addiction in People
In order to heal addiction, we must look into these areas also, ancestral coding imprints our mind, body and spirit. It’s not merely the physical genetics, it’s in the DNA field itself, the software in the machine, so to speak. These codes have a powerful effect on the human psyche by attracting more of the same, like attracts like when it comes to consciousness.
In my practice, I have noted 4 main categories of addiction in people.
- Born Addicts – If a parent, grandparent, or other ancestor has suffered from addiction, then the imprint can be passed down through the field of consciousness in and around the DNA. Born addicts are predestined to addictive behaviours as a result of their lineage. These codes, need to be realigned, in a process I refer to as DNA Field Modification and is carried out using guided imagery techniques one on one.
- Experimental Addicts – The people in this category have fallen into addiction having just tried a substance and end up going back for more because they enjoyed the feeling. Before they know, they are hooked because an entity has entered their field and the substance has imprinted into their field.
- Trauma Addicts – These tend to be people who have turned to drugs or alcohol as a comfort blanket, because they have been through some sort of trauma and are using it as a crutch. They are self-medicating, as a way to numb the pain they feel inside. This is the most common kind of addict I have come across.
- Behavioural Addicts – This includes things like sex addiction, gambling, shopping, internet, gaming, food and so on. Very common in society, more so now than ever before due to smart phones and the internet. All of these things are just a click away, a quick fix and highly addictive, as some stimulate the same area in the brain as Cocaine.
NOTE: All of the above can be connected to ADD and ADHD self-medication issues.
Unfortunately, most people have or have had some sort of addiction throughout their lifetime. Think about it, do you come home from work and spend your evening in front of the TV or Netflix? If so, you’re addicted to one or both and most people would hate to admit that, but the facts are staring us in the face.
Do you drink coffee every day, if so, then you’re addicted to coffee. I know you don’t want to hear this but it’s time to take notice of your habits, we all need to. Coffee is a neuro toxin and dementia rates are increasing rapidly, coincidence, I think not! Many contain an array of metal toxins and even organic coffee has mould in it, both are highly toxic. Visiting the gym daily is also an addiction, some people seem to accept as healthy, but it’s an adrenaline fix just like any other.
I would like to add extra comments here about food addiction because when I look at people clairvoyantly, I see the invisible parts of their psyche. These multidimensional parts that are affecting their behaviour or the programs imprinted into them from an external experience, such as candy sweets being given as a reward for good behaviour.
With the energy grids in people with food addictions relating to trauma, I can usually see a huge hole on their stomach area, this is the solar plexus energy centre (also called the celiac plexus). The centre responsible for our personal power, it is also part of the sympathetic nervous system and plays an important role in the function of the stomach, liver, kidneys, and adrenal glands. So, as you can imagine, if the energetic body is damaged in this solar plexus, the physical body is under a lot of strain.
In my case, my stomach became inflamed, I was hyper tense and couldn’t sleep due to over stressed adrenal glands. People with food addictions, are generally trying to fill that gaping hole they feel, when it needs to be filled with the healed energetic fragments that left them during the traumatic experience. Once that has been achieved, the urge diminishes and may even be gone in some cases.
Recover From Addiction
The Story and the Label – Every addict has a story to tell, many of them are very sad and dark stories. Current counselling protocols seem to encourage going over and over their story. The problem with this, is that it keeps the consciousness stuck in a negative feedback loop. If we create more of what we focus on, due to the law of projection and the law of attraction, widely known facts of quantum science. Why would you encourage people, to keep coming back, week after week to discuss the same traumatic event and how it made you feel? Admittedly, counselling can help, but at some point, there needs to be an end to that story, to allow people to move on, surely?
When I treat people with addictions or clients that have had any kind of traumatic event. I quickly encourage them to step out of victimhood, into their power and to release their story as soon as possible. This disconnects the negative feedback loop scenario. By continuously talking about the trauma, they are being guided to reconnect with it on a vibrational level, this can cause abreactions and bring back the energetic frequencies into their system. This is highly counterproductive in my opinion, pulling back fear, anger, resentment, and victimhood for example.
Plus, sadly, some people actually thrive on being a victim, as it gets them attention that they may be missing outside of therapy sessions. I tend to let people like that know I’m on to them, gently of course and offer help to break the cycle, but I rarely get trauma addicts reach out to me. In 20 years, I’ve had two of them. So, I encourage people to let go of their story as soon as possible, often in the first session and it makes a huge difference to their recovery period. The same can be said for psychological reversals, these are parts of their psyche that are blocking them from healing for various reasons.
Last but not least, the LABEL. It really bothers me that the current system insists on labelling people alcoholics for life. I hear people say, “I’m an alcoholic that doesn’t drink, I’ve been clean for 5 years now”. If you have stopped drinking for years, why would you want to accept and be forced in many cases to call yourself an addict? I just don’t get why that is done at all. Again, it’s counterproductive, keeping them psychologically stuck in the addiction mind-set; that attracts more of the same energy as we attract what we focus on. A constant reminder of their past and the trauma that caused it. It feels very wrong to me, and I trust my gut, always!
Summary – In order to heal addiction, we must treat people on a multidimensional holistic level, holistic meaning ‘whole’, mind, body, and spirit (energy). All of these energetic templates, soul fragments and grids need to be realigned, the entities released, the addition thread must be removed, the trauma healed, the story deleted, and the labelling dropped.
Also, I do not see addiction as a disease, it is merely dis-ease in the energetic makeup of the human consciousness that affects the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. Addiction treatments need to be more complex in their application as healing it is virtually impossible without taking all of the above into consideration.
We live in an energetic matrix that relies on like attracts like programming, therefore it is essential to clear every layer I have mentioned in this article and a couple I’m holding back on as my techniques are unique, as I mentioned earlier.
My ground-breaking techniques are available on Vancouver Island in 2023. My addiction retreats have been developed with this in mind over a 5-day period of healing and more importantly, education, to allow people to forgive and understand themselves better. I hope that they will then share the knowledge and be able to encourage others to look for a new approach to freeing themselves from the shackles of addiction and move on to have a happy, clean future without dragging a label with them for the rest of their lives.
You can free yourself from addiction now! Please fill-in the application form for the retreat.
This is a very interesting article about addiction and i strongly believe that this is the way to heal , thankyou Janine!
You are most welcome Sarah. Thank you for taking the time to read, and please feel free to share this article as it can help someone heal 😉
Fantastic article Janine! The more I learn, the more I truly believe we can heal ourselves in the way you discuss! Thank you!
Yes Heather, the results are amazing!
